Cute idea for party favors or any time you're craving something sweet,Cookie Bowls! It's as simple as flipping over a cupcake tin and using the rounded form to bake the cookie dough over. If you search the web there are recipes to make the dough yourself so the bowl holds together better, but I tried this with regular store-bought cookie dough and it works fine! (Don't forget- the cookie dough expands in the oven, so a thin layer works best)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray the bottom side of the cupcake tin with veg can spray or a non-stick substitute.
2. Wrap dough over the cupcake molds, pressing to form smooth surface.
3. Bake 10-15 min. or follow the recommended time in the directions (on package)
4. Be careful when removing from the tin. Use a spatula to break off excess cookie dough and loosen before pulling off of the pan.
5. Be creative-- use the bowl for a sundae, fruit, frozen yogurt or any dessert you can think of. Enjoy!
